Summary, etc. Se hace la contratación con el fin de que ésta brinde asesoría al gobierno de Costa Rica para la realización del estudio, se analizarán las ventajas y limitaciones técnicas y económicas del sitio actual y de otras ubicaciones alternas para el desarrollo de un aeropuerto capaz de satisfacer las demandas de tráfico aéreo hasta 1996, además confeccionar un juego completo de planos que muestren gráficamente el máximo desarrollo que puede llegar a alcanzar el aeropuerto (Plan Maestro), éstos dentro de algunos otros objetivos.
