| Summary, etc. | La concesión de ferrocarriles incluye una primera etapa de construcción de las obras de infraestructura, si estas obras son realizadas a cargo del concesionaria, es lógico que las cláusulas de la concesión prevean la forma para que en el período de explotación pueda resarcirse, pero, viceversa, si las obras se entregan ya realizadas al concesionario o si han sido financiadas por el Estado, también es lógico que las cláusulas de explotación sean distintas. |
