Estas unidades están equipadas con las máquinas y herramientas necesarias para realizar las tareas en el mismo lugar.La iniciativa busca mejorar la seguridad vial y la reducción de emisiones contaminantes. Además, evitar la posible existencia de una competencia desleal en el transporte por carretera, contribuyendo así a una movilidad segura y sostenible. Se llevara a cabo bajo el marco de priorización que establece el Plan Nacional de Transporte como política pública del gobierno central y como una acción que pretende disminuir la contaminación ambiental y el número de muertes por accidentes de tránsito en carretera. |
