| Summary, etc. | La Autoridad Reguladora de los Servicios Públicos (Aresep) compartió que el plan propuesto por el Gobierno para regular las plataformas de transporte la semana anterior es limitado y no tendría la profundidad necesaria para regular y satisfacer a todas las partes. Según el ente regulador, el plan debe estar diseñado para los usuarios y cómo mejorar el servicio para ellos, no solo mostrando la posición y beneficio de quienes prestan el servicio de transporte, en este caso los taxistas y las plataformas digitales como Uber, Didi o InDriver. Eric Bogantes, regulador general, señaló que el proyecto no fue consultado previamente con la Aresep y que hay puntos en la elaboración de este plan que ya existen en las Leyes de la República. |
