El informe señala incumplimientos en supervisión, modificaciones de diseño sin justificación y falta de sanciones a los responsables. Además, se cuestiona el control de calidad, ya que solo el 11,25% de las pruebas necesarias fueron realizadas, y el Laboratorio de Materiales del MOPT no cuenta con acreditación. La obra, a cargo de Constructora MECO S.A., tiene un costo de ¢3.381 millones y es gestionada junto con el Incop y la Municipalidad de Esparza |
